Why It Matters:
Across Africa, women remain underrepresented in politics and governance, often facing social, economic, and cultural barriers. SheCanServe challenges these limitations by investing in women’s political agency and leadership capacity—proving that she not only can lead, but she can serve.
Part of RTLA’s Broader Mission:
SheCanServe complements RTLA’s mission to promote youth-led leadership, electoral integrity, and democratic accountability. It aligns with our commitment to inclusive democracy where both young men and women have equal space to contribute to governance and nation-building.
