RTLA Movement

ReadyToLeadAfrica Movement members are people with a visible passion and track record of service to their community and are hungry to impact their home countries as emerging and new thinking leaders in their chosen careers who have a deep sense of duty to their Nation and are interested in playing leadership roles in either government, private or the international sectors across Africa. These meetings are non-partisan and reflects the ideals of the movement. Members also maintain an online community platform where they keep the cell active at both the national, state and local levels.

MEMBERSHIP ENGAGEMENT STRATEGY

Members of the ReadyToLeadAfrica Movement meets once every month offline at different levels to discuss plans and proposed ideas on how to continue to work towards achieving the objectives of the movement

Movement Membership Requirements

  • Is within 20 to 40 years of age
  • Have a valid international passport
  • Has never been convicted of any crimes in their home countries or abroad
  • Have demonstrable proof of active political leadership
  • Is committed to serving his or her community as a public or political office holder
  • Supports the development and attainment of full democracy in his or her country
  • Promotes human rights in their works and activities
