The ReadyToLeadAfrica Electoral Reforms Summit at Transcorp Hilton Abuja was designed to further advance the advocacy for the passage and signing into law of a new Electoral Amendment ACT for Nigeria.
The event brought together top leaders and key Stakeholders to influence the 9th National Assembly to pass the bill as soon as possible. The event was attended by Mandela Washington Fellows, professor Kingsley Moghalu, Minister of State Education, Jude Ilo Country lead, OSONWA, Hamzat Lawal Founder CODE, Moses Siasia and many others.

The House of Reps and the Senate went on to pass the bill as was advocated by top leaders and speakers at the Electoral Reforms Summit with electronic transmission of results as part of the final version of the bill.
